It includes nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and medical social services — all under a physician’s order. The goal is to help patients recover, manage illnesses, and maintain independence while avoiding unnecessary hospital visits.
You may qualify if:
  • You are under the care of a physician.
  • You require intermittent skilled nursing or therapy services.
  • Leaving home requires a considerable effort or assistance (Medicare’s “homebound” requirement).
  • Your condition can be safely and effectively managed at home.

Our intake team will verify eligibility, contact your doctor, and schedule an initial evaluation — often within 24–48 hours.
Your care is delivered by licensed professionals — Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Medical Social Workers, and Certified Home Health Aides. Visit frequency depends on your doctor’s orders and your care plan. Some patients may receive daily visits, while others may only need a few per week. Our team coordinates directly with your physician to ensure your schedule meets your medical and personal needs.

Our office will verify your insurance benefits and handle authorization and billing for you.
Home health care is medical and requires licensed professionals.
Private caregiving or home care provides non-medical assistance (companionship, housekeeping, etc.).
Alpha Med offers skilled nursing and rehabilitative care — prescribed by a physician and covered by insurance.
A Registered Nurse (RN) or Therapist will:
  • Review your doctor’s orders and medical history.
  • Perform a full assessment of your condition and home environment.
  • Create a personalized plan of care.
  • Educate you and your family on medications, safety, and care routines.
We strictly follow HIPAA and all federal and state regulations to safeguard your medical information. Your records are kept confidential and shared only with authorized members of your healthcare team.
